I have an in home; barber or a tattoo parlors chair for sale. The foot pump works, the lowest the seat will go is approximately 20.5 inches and the highest is 28.5 inches. There is a small area on the right side, arm rest that the black material has been peeled away. Other than that small area, the chair is in good shape. I prefer a text or an email message.
