The Victoria Firefighters association presents The 2nd Annual Victoria WingStock! We’re back baby! Who doesn’t love a good chicken wing?! How about wings, craft drinks, live music AND a good cause? Net proceeds from Victoria Wingstock will support the Victoria Firefighters Association’s chosen charities.

Capital Bike Spring Go By Bike Week – May 31 – June 6

Join thousands of cyclists in Greater Victoria for Spring Go By Bike Week (May 31 – June 6)!

Go By Bike Week is a 100% FREE tri-annual event encouraging everyone to try cycling for the week! Cycling is proven to improve happiness and productivity, as well as both mental and physical health! With the price of driving a car, there is no better time to leave the car at home. Not to mention, it’s super fun!

BC CrabFest – June 29

Get ready to crack some claws,  CrabFest is back on June 29, 2025!

Join us at Ship Point in Victoria’s Inner Harbour for a full day of seafood celebration, coastal culture, and community fun. At the heart of it all is the iconic BC CrabBoil, where you can feast on fresh Dungeness crab, mussels, shrimp, and more, cooked dockside and served harbourside.

But CrabFest is more than a meal , it’s a free, family-friendly event featuring local music, an interactive marketplace, sustainable seafood education, kids’ crafts, and so much more. Whether you’re a seafood lover, a local explorer, or just looking for the perfect summer day out, there’s something for everyone.

Victoria Ska and Reggae Festival – June 18-22

Victoria’s 26th Annual Ska & Reggae Festival returns June 18 – 22, 2025. Featuring the wildest and most eclectic lineup to date with headliners such as Propagandhi, The Pharcyde, Sister Nancy, Dub Fx, Jakobs Castle (ft. Jakob Nowell of Sublime), Long Beach Dub Allstars, MARLON ASHER, Mad Professor & Amarra, Save Ferris, GrimSkunk, Lazy Syrup Orchestra, Ed Solo, Brother Culture, SweetLeaf and poor sport.

Tickets for all shows are moving quickly and VIP Full Fest Passes will be sold out shortly! There are also incredible all ages/licensed free shows June 18, 19 and 22, 2025 at Ship Point featuring artists such as Waahli, Turbulence, LA SEVERA MATACERA, illScarlett, MonteBong and The Resignators.

Ryder Hesjedal’s Tour de Victoria – August 16

All ages. All abilities. All bikes!

Ryder Hesjedal’s Tour de Victoria is a cycling event for the whole family. Children can choose one of three distances in front of the Parliament buildings and more experienced riders can choose routes between 15km to 160km.

BC SPCA Lock-In For Love – June 14

Until June 14, 2025, you can Lock-In for Love with the BC SPCA Victoria and raise money to help injured, homeless, and vulnerable animals right here in Victoria. Register for your free online personal or team fundraising page, ask your friends, family and co-workers to make a loving donation to reach your goal, and then “Lock-In” with us at the BC SPCA Victoria Community Animal Centre on June 14th to celebrate the animals you’ve helped – and meet some of our cutest animal ambassadors! Community members can also donate directly to the Victoria Branch online. All funds raised go directly towards caring for local vulnerable animals and giving them a second chance at a happy healthy loving life.

Ron Linnes Memorial Golf Tournament supporting Help Fill a Dream – July 26

Help Fill A Dream is excited to introduce a new fundraising event in honour of an extraordinary man. Ron Linnes’ generosity will have a lasting impact, helping hundreds of children with life-threatening or critical medical conditions across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Every dollar raised at this tournament will go directly toward making Dreams come true for local children.

Schedule:
12pm: Burger & Beer Welcome
1pm: Shotgun Start
Evening: Three course dinner.

Format:
16 teams (64 golfers) competing in a fun and friendly tournament

Raymond James Father’s Day Walk/Run for Prostate Cancer – June 15

EVERYONE KNOWS SOMEONE. Who will you be walking for?

With another year of the Raymond James Father’s Day Walk/Run approaching, Island Prostate Centre is reflecting on the incredible impact that this event has had over the last 21 years. It’s thanks to our dedicated community that we’ve been able to raise crucial funds and awareness for prostate cancer support services in our community.

We invite you to join us once again for this year’s event on Sunday, June 15, 2025. As we come together as a community to celebrate another year of making a difference, remember that at Island Prostate Centre, “What’s Raised Here Stays Here.” Every dollar raised directly supports our local community, ensuring that vital resources remain accessible to those patients (and their families) who need them most.

Eves of Destruction Roller Derby – June 6-8

The Eves of Destruction are excited to host three full days of hard-hitting roller derby action this weekend, June 6-8. The WFTDA-sanctioned tournament features some of the best skaters in western North American, with teams visiting from nearby Vancouver, Seattle and Tacoma and as far away as Red Deer, Anchorage and southern California.

The Eves play California’s Inland Empire Friday at 5pm, Seattle’s Rat City on Saturday at 5:30, Oregon’s Gorge Roller Derby at 11am on Sunday and Greater Vancouver Roller Derby Association on Sunday at 3:30pm to end the tournament.

The doors at Archie Browning open to the public at 11am on Friday and 8am on Saturday and Sunday. Food vendors include Saltchuck Pies, Los Panas Kitchen and Hazel’s Ice Cream. The Straight & Narrow/Driftwood beverage garden will be serving Friday evening and from 3pm on Saturday.

Tickets are just $2–yes, a toonie–for Friday evening. Full tournament passes are $30 in advance, $35 at the door. Single days are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Students and seniors are $5 off. Children 10 and under are free.
