Beloved Sprinter for sale after fifteen years. I have owned this van since it had 19,00km on it. Now it has 304,200 km.. It has been dutifully maintained with everything it ever needed; eg., all new front end just last fall including calipers, rotors, struts, ball joints and tie rod ends. New alternator and battery 1 1/2 years ago. 3.0L V-6 DIESEL, seating for three, air suspension drivers seat, auxiliary fluid heater, after market cruise and Bluetooth stereo, Michelins. Custom heavy duty aluminum roof rack. “Egress” wide opening window in drivers side and sliding, screened window on the passenger side. On the highway I get 25-27 mpg (11 l/100km) and 24 mpg in town is my standard: extraordinary mileage for a large vehicle. It truly drives like the Mercedes it is. This was my work van for over a decade. When I retired I added the option of using it as a camper. It converts and forth in minutes. When in camper mode it has a queen size bed which folds up to a bench and ample space for a table and chairs. Huge amounts of secure storage space abound. The ceiling and upper walls are insulated and done in mahogany and yellow cedar woodwork. In work mode it hauls any and everything: it is 11’ feet long inside behind the bulkhead! We call it our motor bed but it's also hauled the entire interior of our cabin up island.
