FREE: Free Hot Tub and Pergola Combo

FCFS free older Hot tub and pergola. Hot tub needs a new circ pump and is very much showing its age but no leaks. Could be repaired or used for parts or a project. Pergola is weathered on top but otherwise fine, all wood. Located in the Saxe Point area of Esquimalt. Must be taken as a combo. Whomever claims this will need to be able to disconnect the 220 connection the hot tub is hooked into.
