Nice solid little drill press. Everything works smoothly and as it should. The motor has been replaced with a variable speed 1/2 HP motor with 110 volt powered VFD. Digital speed control, push button forward/reverse with finger tip control. There are 4 speed ranges. The chuck is 1/2" Jacobs. 3 1/2" of travel. The table is in great shape with only a couple of little dimples. This is. a quality older machine with the modern convenience of electronic variable speed. 110 volt single phase power.
