Tree is either 6 or 7 feet (not sure which) and assembles properly. The only issue is the attached lights, which don't work. You could either play with it and get it to work, or simply drape a set of lights on it, which is what we do. Price includes the fabric duffel bag, which is enough to fit a nine foot tree. Cash only plse., no etransfer. From a non smoking/ no pets home. Thx.
