40' 2006 Thomas saf-t-liner converted to tiny home. Mercedes 4.8 L , L-4 diesel pusher w/Allison transmission. 300,000 km. Roof raised 18 inches for total inside ceiling height of 7'3". Large storage basement under bus. Propane on demand hot water. Kitchen has propane three burner cooktop and oven, full-size fridge, 18 inch dishwasher, deep large sink, IKEA cabinetry, live edge shelving. Bathroom has shower with low water flow Moen showerhead, plumbed toilet and sink. Bedroom has King size raised bed platform, storage under bed. Two electric cove heaters and cubic mini woodstove to keep things dry and cosy. Roof mounted AC unit works great to keep things cool in the summer. RV roof fan multi speed in/out mounted above kitchen area. Registered in BC as an RV. Recent commercial vehicle inspection (passed). All power comes through 50 amp RV plug. Sewer connects easily to any connection. I have removed the grey water holding tank but will include it if you want it. Also for putting the bus on the road the entry door needs to be replaced with the metal bus door which I have and can install before it leaves the property. The bad: would benefit from a coat of exterior paint.
