I am looking for someone to share a condo, located, walking distance to downtown on Quadra and Tomie. About 5km from Uvic. Buses and all amenities are very close. The Condo is a quiet basement level with room for some furniture, if needed, but has all the necessities (Bed, Desk, Dresser). There may be (Normal is) a parking spot available. There is a bike lockup area. The rent gets you free utilities, normal use Internet, half a fridge, half the kitchen and washroom storage space, and some other storage space.
