Hi! Allow me to give a little introduction. Us; working professionals and students (all male) who are looking for a like-minded individual that will contribute to a 'chill house vibe'. We are clean and respectful, enjoy playing music, cycling, exercising and cooking. We have a great patio for entertaining friends and definitely have some fun all the while respecting other peoples schedules. We divvy up the household chores and all help out with raking the leaves in the yard - it is that time of year! That being said, on December 01, 2025 (or earlier - the room is available now) we are looking to rent a single room with a minimum 6 month lease (to figure out if it's a good fit). The room can come furnished (with a queen sized bed and a side table) or empty. It's a fairly large room with enough space for your own couch and TV setup. We have lots of storage available and a dry place to keep your bicycle. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace, small backyard and greenhouse. We have all of the general household amenities, well stocked kitchen, so you can just move your stuff right in. On top of the rent, we pay for electricity and heat (heating oil) (which can be anywhere from $40 - $90/month/each.) Internet is included in the rent and data is unlimited. I think we will instate a mandatory 'minimum two plants' to be added to the house when you move in. Just because plants are good. You - (and we're gonna cut right to the chase) you have money, you are clean, you have a sense of humour and you have friends - in that order of importance as well.
