One bedroom in my 3 bedroom townhouse. It is a 189 square foot bedroom with an ocean view and your own personal private 10x5 foot sun deck facing the ocean, own bathroom and parking space. Use of the first floor rec room, some out door storage and basement storage, on site laundry, double sink and dishwasher. It is a quiet neighborhood. The yard has lovely gardens and is located walking distance to shopping and buses. Quiet dog or other animal may be considered. I am female and use the second bedroom for guests and would prefer a female roommate, anyone pleasent and tidy wouldne considered. Couples and children could be considered. I am quiet, clean, tidy, friendly but keep mostly to myself and expect the same. I don’t smoke anything but I sometimes cook tomato sauce with lgarlic and onions. I play the World of Warcraft video game and I have a cat. I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital.
