Looking for other like-minded students (males only due to shared common area) interested in renting a private bedroom and enjoying the amenities of a large house and yard for the upcoming school term from January to May 2025. The house has up to 5 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, 1.5 bathrooms, a workshop, with a large yard with a deck and patio. There is lots of parking available and a secured covered shed for storing bikes and larger items. The house is furnished, and includes a bed, dresser, and desk as well as access to pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cooking utilities and other household items. The rooms are $1025 (smaller room) or $1075 (larger room) per month (for single occupancy) which includes a share of utilities (WiFi, gas, hydro, etc). The house is located in Fairfield and close to a Grocery Store, beaches and several parks. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Victoria and a short drive to UVIC or Camosun College (Lansdowne). Transit is also within walking distance. The space is available for the school year. I am looking for individuals who are responsible, clean, respectful, good-natured and who have similar interest or outlooks.
