I am looking for a new roommate for November 01, but flexible move in date for the right person. I live in a spacious duplex and am renting out the master bedroom (unfurnished) with a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and small outdoor balcony (great for fresh air and plants).     The house is located in the Hillside/Cedar Hill neighbourhood with plenty of street parking and steps to a bus stop.
