I have a Park CR-2 Cottered Crank Pin Removal Tool (from way back in the 1970’s) for properly removing Cottered Crank Pins without beating on pin or driving tapered wedges etc. into crank hole to remove stuck/stiff/broken pins. If you are local to me I would come over for only gas charge. For new pins I found at least one (01) bike shop in Victoria that carries 9.0mm (10mm nut) and 9.5mm (11mm nut) Pins & I order from EU shops too.
