$1,200 · Downtown apartment Christmas sublet

Subletting my 1-bedroom apartment in downtown Victoria over a Christmas break (Dec 16th - 27th). The apartment has one full bathroom, a huge balcony, all of the usual appliances (including en suite laundry) and a standing desk. This concrete building is pet friendly and has two elevators. The location (View and Blanshard) is extremely walkable with downtown, a grocery store, transit, pubs, shops and restaurants all within a couple of blocks. NOTE: The apartment does not have a parking stall. Rent is $1,200 for the full 12 days. May consider few days. I've sublet before while away and can share a reference.
