Fully furnished 1150 sq ft cottage with one large bedroom, large kitchen, laundry facilities, bathroom with bath/shower, sunken living room with propane fireplace, dining area and table, sunken living room with sofa bed and lots of storage. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the bathroom has towels and the bedroom has sheets/blankets/comforters available. The bedroom and living room have large flat screen TVs including Netflix and a wide range of channels. ​There is a deck area with a barbecue just outside. ​Utilities, WIFI, cable, Netflix are included in rent and off street parking for a single car. ​The Coles Bay Beach is a five minute walk away and we have lots of walking trails in our quiet rural neighborhood.
