Available November 2024 to May 2025. Our spacious fully furnished suite is located in the highly desirable country Ardmore Road area with two generously sized bedrooms, queen size beds and bedding. The suite is perfect for someone wintering in North Saanich, looking for a forever home in this area, visiting local friends and family for a longer stay, or needing a place to stay while on a work assignment. The comfortable living room includes a Lazy Boy queen size sofa bed and a dining area. The full kitchen with washer/dryer has many cooking basics including all the utensils, pots, pans and bake ware you need to make yourself at home. The bathroom is set up with a bath/shower, towels and storage. The living room looks out on a concrete deck area with table and chairs, barbecue in a fully enclosed and gated back yard. The suite has 3 flat screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room with utilities including power, WIFI, Netflix, cable and off street parking. We are located 5 minutes from the Victoria airport, BC ferries, Sidney, Butchart Gardens and lots of beaches and walking paths.
