The bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, and deck are shared with two other people (one university age male and one female, not a couple) and two indoor cats. We're looking for someone clean, respectable, respectful, and familiar with living in a shared living household. $1060 per month including all utilities (heat, hydro, internet, etc.).
