$1,135 · Furnished bedroom in beautiful Esquimalt

Hi everyone! We looking for a third roommate to call a friend and join our apartment in Esquimalt! Furnished and looking for move in between now and ~September 1. The apartment is located on Esquimalt Road by the Shopper’s. We are within walking distance of ~3 grocery stores, nice parks, a library, coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment is close to bus stops for the 15, 26, 24, 25, (and 14 with a bit of a walk), so downtown is about 10 minute bus ride and UVic is about 30-40 minutes. The apartment includes a nice, small kitchen (dishwasher, double sink, etc.), balcony with beautiful views, and sunny windows. In the building, we also have a laundry room and a gym. Rent is 1135.05 / person. For utilities we pay about 5-10 / month / person for hydro and 15 / month / person for internet. I will have some furniture in the living room (pictured) and have plenty of kitchen supplies, and the available bedroom is furnished! About Peter: My name is Peter (26) and I am an incoming astronomy masters student at the University of Victoria. I am originally from Boston, MA and I lived the past few years in Arizona. In Victoria, I plan on splitting my time between home and campus, but when I am home I enjoy a mix of social and recharge time. I love listening to/playing music, cooking, and occasionally making mead and beer, hobbies I would love to share with roommates. When I am not home, I enjoy exploring new areas downtown and spending time outdoors! About Daniel: I am a masters student in astronomy currently at UVic in my last semester, and I have lived here about 2 years now. I love to crochet/knit, read, bake, bike/hike, and listen and make music (I play oboe/piano). I am fairly quiet but always happy to chat, play board or card games, or explore new hobbies with a friend!
