Off street parking for one car. $1500/month plus shared utilities (tenant pays 30% of bill, average for tenant should be around $50 a month) No pets, parties or smoking/drugs of any kind inside or on the property. Our current tenant is leaving to move back east to be near family and we’re sad to see him go. About us: We are a couple in our late 30’s that live upstairs with our dog. We both work from home and have 9-5 schedules. The sound proofing in the house isn’t the greatest, so we’re looking for one quiet person with a similar schedule as us. We do have an elderly dog with dementia so you will hear her bark sometimes.
