Rent: 1000 a month for one room, with a private bathroom. 900 for two of the rooms with a shared bathroom. The smaller of these rooms comes with a separate living area. Plus utilities. This is a student house so you have access to your bedroom + all the shared living spaces! Bonus!! 🤩The renting period would only be September to April- you don’t have to find a sublet or pay an extra 5 grand over summer🤩 Location: In South Oak Bay, a 15 min drive to UVic, 40 bus, 20 bike. 10 minute drive to Camosun, 30 bus, 15 bike. And a 10 min walk to the water!! Discription: There is a large living room, huge kitchen, and a room big enough for four study areas. Lots of storage space for bikes in the mud room! And a sweet deck. Plenty of natural light too! Also, I have a car so car pooling on some days to avoid the bus ride is an option. Disclaimer-this is not a party house!
