Rent is $1200/month and includes water, hydro, and internet. About me: I’m a laid-back female in my late 20s who works 7 days a week. I occasionally have a friend over, but for the most part, I keep to myself. I’m very clean (think show home clean!) and take pride in keeping the space peaceful and tidy.
