ISO: 3-5 Bedroom home with inlaw suite

Hi , My family is looking for a home with more space/better location for our family, preferrably with a completely separate suite or partially separate suite for parents/ grown children to live/visit. We have two children still at home, and two in their 20's that sometimes need a landing pad to regroup before their next adventures. We also have family that comes to visit from out of town often and would be nice to provide space for them and we're not over crowded and giving up kids rooms to accommodate. At minimum we'd like a 3-4 bedroom place, with a garage and backyard to accommodate our current every day needs, and anything above that is a bonus - preferrably westshore area, but not opposed to other areas of town for the right fit. Were looking for something ideally for September/October, again this is flexible - just looking for the right place to call home! :) If you have something that you think could work for us or would like more info from me, please give me a call!
