She has been a very pleasant tenant both clean and quiet. She has one large dog a german shepherd so if you have pets I will need to confirm with Megan that her dog is ok with cats and or other dogs The suite is located in the Malahat mountains off of Goldstream Heights Rd on a quiet cul-de-sac just minuets from the Sooke Hills hiking trail. The room is 11’ 8” x 13’ with a walk-in closet and one window The suite is about 1300ft^2. and has a separate entrance around back the of the house. The shared kitchen includes a range, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Shared bathroom has two sinks and a linen closet along with a tub shower combo. The suite includes a laundry room. The covered patio is 10’ x 53’. The tenant who is moving out is selling the couch and deck furniture in the photos if you are interested. Rent is $1250.00 a month and includes utilities and internet.
