Located near UVic, this shared living accommodation is perfect for students as well as professionals who are seeking accommodation in the heart of Gordon Head. The rent is $700 with everything included; Hydro, water, & internet. You name it, it’s there! You would get your own bedroom with a bunk bed/desk (we can arrange the removal if you would prefer your own furniture) with you sharing a bathroom with two other clean, friendly, and respectful UVic students. There is also a guest bathroom that you will have access to. The kitchen has everything anyone could want, from stovetop oven, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a blender which anyone can use. You would have access to your own shelf on the pantry as well as a shared refrigerator and freezer. I am seeking someone to replace my lease starting November 1 (or even earlier for no additional cost) as I will be moving closer to my workplace and will also be out of the country for a month. This space is shared by people who get along with each other but also enjoy personal time, and the ideal roommate would be clean, respectful, and friendly.
