A longtime tenant has just given her notice, so we have a 1-bedroom suite available September 1st. The home is located in the Burnside neighbourhood and is central to just about everything. The Galloping Goose is a short walk, downtown a 5 minute drive, Uptown even less than that, and we are on a direct bus route to Camosun Interurban. The suite is in great shape, with recently replaced carpeting and shower. It is well-laid out to take advantage of useable space, and includes built-in shelving. It's definitely nice and cozy. We are a quiet family who live upstairs. We are looking for a respectful, responsible tenant ideally also on the quieter side, who will treat the place like their own. The suite will be unfurnished. Rent will include wifi. Laundry is shared between the suites and accessed via a locking door. We may consider a cat or small dog, with pet deposit.
