2 budgies to relocate for free in a loving home

Hello, I need to find a new home for my 2 lovely and sweet budgies Lemon & Cello. They come to eat on my hands and are pretty social with humans - for budgies - they are used to flying freely out of their cage. I've spent a LOT of time socializing them. Cello is blue and has a little handicap with his legs and that makes him endearing and cute. He's always been clumsy. He sometimes accepts scratches on the cheeks and he is very food motivated. Lemon is a girl and she is more calm and a bit smarter - she is trained to touch a target! They are healthy and about 1.5 year old. The reason I need to relocate them is because members of my household find them too loud - so keep that in mind before adopting them.
