Outdoor Cat room I built in July 2024 didn't plan on needing to sell but now we are moving and I don't have time to deal with it. Hinged front door with latch Can be disassembled or kept together to move. We put in over $800 in materials and now selling for a fraction of the price. Indoor size is 3.5' x 5.5' (roughly) for floor space and inside its about 5.5' tall Back side just over 6' and front about 7.5' Clear pvc corrugated roofing Sitting on pressure treated 4x4"s Built with standard fir 2x4s Flooring is plywood and but I glued down vinyl that I had left over from my boat. Sides are cedar tongue and grove I built it on an angled driveway so to go to a flat space it would need some modifications but not much at all Does not include : Spaceship bubble windows Mounted garden decor. It's ready for the next pet to be able to hang out outside with the family and be safe and secure. Cross Posted
