Tama Tension Watch TW200. This is the "flat" version of the original vertical Tension Watch. Much more comfortable to use than the original, as the dial faces up instead of to the side. I used this on probably half a dozen occasions with excellent results, but I've gotten SO much better at tuning by ear that I don't use it much at all anymore. Long & McQuade sells the TW200 for $269 ($300 after taxes). Selling for $150.
