They are brand new 2019 models that were stored in containers for the last 5 years. Batteries charge up to 90-95% and offer 40-50km range per charge. Charging is done through regular wall outlet and takes around 4-5hours. These were very well built for the time as they were to be ride share vehicles. Front and rear disc brakes stop on a dime. Warranty has expired on these scoots hence the low price. No motorcycle license required . Street legal and come with BC registrations.
