Job description Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bike Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both hand tools and power tools. You will be working alongside our lead mechanic who will be delegating jobs. Perform routine tune-ups, tire/tube changes, drive train adjustments and build bikes and e-scooters for stock. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Experience with electronics, e-bikes, or e-scooters is not required. Bike Mechanic experience is key. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic or in a similar role within the field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients effectively.
