Stolen EBike: Volt Bike Elegant V2 - FR26HZ4880110

Hi all! My partner's E-bike was stolen last week. It was locked in the UVic campus bike center (under both individual and video surveillance)! It was a 7-grear white Ebike (Brand seen on the side: Volt Bike- Model: Elegant V2), with a black front rack, gray-black rack straps on the back, a removable black seat, and no mirror. The serial number carved on the bike is FR26HZ4880110. It was registered at project529, and we've already reported it to the police (File No. SA25-12160) in the hope of finding it. Please help us find it. This is the second time it's stolen!:( We are both students and have saved a lot to buy this bike. Please let me or police know if you spot it anywhere. There will be a $200 reward for a safe return. Thanks!
