Carpenter with Framing and Finishing Experience

ORIAN CONSTRUCTION IS HIRING! We are mid sized Victoria based company with projects located throughout the Saanich Peninsula and Victoria. We provide full-service general contracting for high end residential renovations and custom homes. We are looking for a carpenter with framing and finishing experience to join our team. Seeking an experienced carpenter who is reliable, has a high level of attention to detail, possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic and demonstrates a commitment to safety. A valid BC Driver’s License is required as this position includes the use of a company vehicle. Must have a working knowledge of the carpentry trade, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, terminology and site safety. Applicant should have the ability to learn and work with or without supervision at times. Applicants must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a desire for long term employment. All employees are responsible for completing daily log report time sheets each week and are expected to have your own basic hand tools and minor power tools. We provide all the main power tools and equipment.
