If you want a guest bed that looks great but doesn’t take up a whole room when you don't have guests, this is a perfect solution. We bought this to have a guest bed, but the reality of having a guest bed in an office when you work from home doesn't work so well, it turns out, which is the only reason we’re selling it. This made-in-Canada wall bed has only been used about a half dozen times, but everyone who has slept in it has said it's extremely comfortable. I’ve slept in it once and can attest to the comfort, too. We're selling the wall bed with the mattress. We paid $1,599 + taxes (which came to about $1,800.00), and the queen mattress which is pillow top and crazy comfy was either $400 or $600 + taxes). Altogether, this saves you more than $600 for a practically new wall bed. The wall bed is disassembled and ready to go. All the parts are labelled to match the assembly guide, to make it even easier. It was assembled and installed by one person, and two of us dismantled it to make it go faster. I have the manual, and there’s a 1-800 number you can call if you need any help installing it (we called them and they were incredibly helpful and patient!).
