HEY, I’M BACK! It has been a few months since I had my add up... but it’s a new year and I’m ready to go! I have been working as Handyman since 2009 in Victoria and Mill Bay area. I have Building Operator certificate from S.A,I,T in Alberta where I was Maintenance /Custodian for 6 years at a large Senior complex in Calgary. I also was Maintenance and Custodian for Lambrick Park Church in Victoria for 4 years. I’m am retired now in Mill Bay area but looking for small jobs that no contractor will bother with for example: -Re-hang sticky or sagging doors or gates -replace light fixtures, install ceiling fans (nothing in the breaker box) -repair/replace kitchen or bathroom taps -put up shelves, hang pictures -minor fence repairs -minor deck repairs The list is bigger but you get the idea...if you aren’t sure just ask. No job is too small but some may be too big! ***NOTE*** I DO NOT DO HIGH LADDER WORK, NO ATTICS OR CRAWL SPACES*** My rate is $35/hr with 1hour minimum call out plus travel time over 10 Km from my door.
