It is located off kelly road near Herms William park, west shore mall and various bus routes. The suite is the lower level of a split family home. The home owners live upstairs with their two young children (under four) and two large dogs. We are honestly noisy from 6-730am and 5-8 most week days and on and off on weekends but are working on teaching our littles to understand the shared space and noise levels. Looking for a tenant who is reliable, respectful, likes kids and dogs. Looking for a long term tenant if possible with good references. $2,400 plus shared utilities.
