We’re looking for a   Maintenance Supervisor   with at least 2 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience to lead one of our crews. The Role As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will: - Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–3 team members to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance. - Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. - Perform and oversee tasks such as mowing, trimming, hedge and shrub care, bed maintenance, and cleanup. - Train and mentor junior staff while fostering a positive, professional team environment. - Represent Fallingwater with clear communication and professionalism. What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years of experience   in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture. - Leadership potential with strong communication and customer service skills. - A positive, professional attitude and the ability to coach and support a small team. - Proficiency with landscaping tools and powered equipment. - Valid Class 5 driver’s license. - Reliability and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
