MP3 Playback: This unit will play MP3 files recorded onto CD-R, and CD-RW discs using the ISO 9660 level 1/level 2, Romeo, or Joliet formats. MP3 files with a sampling rate of 8-48 kHz and a bit-rate of 8-320 kbps are supported. Fixed bit-rate MP3 files are recommended, however, variable bit-rate MP3 files are supported. Each disc can have a maximum of 499 files and 99 folders. Disc Exchange: You can exchange up to 5 discs while playing a sixth; once the drawer is open, 2 CDs can be changed, then you must use the Disc Skip button to remove the remaining three.
