Check out this awesome 5 string bass! This brand of instruments was made specifically for AXE Music during the 90's and early 2000's. It was their in-house brand. Made in Korea, by the Myung Sung Musical Instrument Company featuring a neck through body design, 2 humbuckers, active electronics and gold hardware. It's hard to find any specs or info about this exact instrument, but it appears to be a 5 piece neck through design (maple, mahogany, walnut) Mahogany body and a birds eye maple top. It looks like a 24 fret rosewood fretboard. Its loaded with 2 humbuckers, 1 master volume, 1 blend knob for the pick-ups and 2 active parametric EQ knobs for tone shaping. The bass requires a 9v battery. It plays well and sounds good!
