Seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist

Our office seeks a trusted colleague to fill the departure of a long term employee who is soon entering retirement. What we offer: We are a small, community-focused office under sole ownership for 30 years with a stable patient base that has not marketed to new patients for nearly 10 years. Well equipped, you will have access to a fully digital suite of tools for records and patient care. Implementation of optimal perio care will also involve communication and cooperation with various allied specialist offices. In addition we offer: Uniform allowance Paid 1 hour lunch (which equates to an hourly wage of $63-$69.75) CE reimbursement PDC fees and accommodation paid Flexible holidays In house dental coverage for staff and immediate family Flexible appointment lengths. Usually 1.25 hours for recalls, 1 hour for hygiene, and 1.5 hours for perio cases. In office training provided for intraoral scanning, if needed. What we're looking for: Candidates should have experience treating a range of soft tissue needs presented by many patient types, as well as an ability to construct and track relationships essential for long term patient care. Current full registration in good standing with the BCCOHP. Knowledge of Cleardent and Sidexis softwares is highly beneficial, as is experience with intraoral scanning. Our office utilizes in-house milling and 3D printing assets. Our work week is Monday to Friday, and we find a 4 day work week is most beneficial and healthy for our fellow employees.
