19-1/2" wide, 20" deep, 5" thick. I believe this is memory foam and gel. It is super comfortable. The tag reads, INVACARE MATRX. The cushion has 2 removable covers so it is protected against wear and spills. You can unzip them and wash them easily. It is in very good condition.
