Great condition couch, but we are moving across the country. Non smoking home. We do have large dogs, but this will be cleaned prior to pick up. Comes with a brand new unused fabric protection kit. Length is slightly over 8ft (8 ft 1/3). Bought at the brick 2 years ago for $1340. Asking $800 obo. Must pick up in Cobble Hill but we can help load it.
