Excellent condition, very minimal cosmetic wear. No tears or weak spots in the mesh seat or backing. The height of the seat and the tension of the seat mesh can be adjusted. This is a fantastic chair, I'm only selling it because I recently overhauled my work space and went with something better suited for my frame. Must pick-up in Esquimalt.
