Acura key and fob at Ross Bay

Out for my morning walk along Dallas waterfront and found a set of keys along the Ross Bay waterfront ...there are two keys , one obviously to an Acura vehicle plus what appears to be a house key and two other items only known to the owner and myself. One interesting inclusion which might be a strong clue is that they are on a neckstrap from Long and McQuade music store.
