New in the box . 500 Watts, 120 v 60 Hz . Coated base with a 6 foot protected cable. A thermostat controls the temperature to stop the water from freezing. Suitable for containers of 60 gallons or less. I did a lot of research before buying this one, unfortunately my horse did not live to benefit from it. I can provide more details if required.
