Location: Duncan, BC Position: Full-time (40 hours/week, occasional overtime) $27.00/hourly Top Shelf Feeds, a leading supplier of high-quality animal feeds across Vancouver Island, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Person to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on a supervisory role with room for advancement. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including order building, shipping, and receiving. • Supervise and support warehouse staff to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. • Manage inventory to ensure stock is fresh, accurate, and properly rotated. • Coordinate with the manufacturing department to ensure supply demands are met. • Maintain all necessary paperwork and records to keep operations running smoothly. • Participate in feed bagging and other production tasks as needed (lifting up to 25 kg required). • Promote a positive team culture and workflow within the warehouse. Qualifications & Skills • Strong leadership and supervisory skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). • Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality. • Physically capable of handling up to 25 kg and participating in production work when required.
