High quality European made bending film (plastic film) to place on the bending dies and to use during the press brake bending to prevent scratches or marks on the external side of the metal. The use of bending film is the economic and the most effective way to have the marks-free products which is extremely important for bending of stainless steel, in particular polished, satined and grinded sheet metal. The bending film could be positioned directly on the bending dies with the use of magnets or other fixators or we can optionally supply couple of film fixators as well. The bending film could be used on any press brake machine or tooling system without any limitations. Elastic material grand the long duration of use with optimal results. The bending film could be used on any material: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, other alloys etc. We offer for delivery bending film in rolls (depends on the size 54-18 m) with standard width 100 mm, 0,4-0,8 mm of thickness. According to request we can offer special sizes with 150/200 mm and up to 2 mm thickness of film for bending of thicker materials.
