Brand new Quartz countertop (BQ2777) from the Classic Collection. Was never installed as the contractor cut in the wrong sink shape. A great counter for a bathroom, bar top, laundry room or kitchen. The slab has 3 polished & sealed outside edges including the inside cutout edges. One outside edge is raw (wall edge). Counter Top measures: - 47 ½” L x 22 ½” W x 1 ¼” D Rectangular sink cutout measures: - 20 ¼” x 15 11/16” “Santenay Honed’ is characterized by monochromatic neutral colors with flecks of beige, white and dark grey Resembles a ‘concrete’ look (photo 2). Vicostone is a quartz based engineered stone known for its high durability and low maintenance. It is stain resistant, and is easily cleaned with a mild soap and warm water (no resealing is needed). ** Can provide more measurements if interested.** NOTE: i live in Oak Bay, but will gladly meet up somewhere in between.
