Looking for space/treatment room for bodywork/massage

Hello Victoria community! I am looking for a quiet and tranquil space to start my bodywork therapy. Client will need access to bathroom as the therapy sessions can be long. Space itself doesn't have to be too big, as long as it can fit a king size floor mattress and some room to move around. Currently my schedule will be limited as I still have another full time job.
