$125 · two flip cell phones

These two flip cell phones.came from an estate. Both are charged up, and seem to light up OK. I do not know how to work these, but maybe you know. The Alcatel seems to be on Bell sysyem, and the Samsung on the Roger system I do not know if they are locked, i cannot check that. Could be that they are. I guess if you buy the right SIM card, you are on your way. The Alcatel comes with a box and instruction manual. The Samsung has no extras , just the cell phone. I also do not know how to set the time, that is why both show different times. I do not supply the chargers for these phones, but I found the right ones in my rummage box.
