I will be moving from the area and am exploring selling my business. 5 years on the books. Currently generates $5000 per month. The business sale would include everything you need; -Approx $10,000 in equipment included. Truck, mower, trimmers, batteries, blowers, saws, aeration and dethatching equipment. ($3500 in tools still in packaging). -Current customer list is at 30 clients and a number of strata contracts. -Can provide all the training you would need and ongoing business mentorship. -Earnings per year are $20,000-$25000 (part time). This could easily be doubled with more time dedicated, $60,000 full time per year (April - October)
